Born and raised in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, I hold a degree in Finance and Banking, along with an MBA from the University of Rajshahi. My career began in IT as a CISCO CCNA Certified Network Associate, where I discovered the power of data in driving impactful business decisions. This realization inspired me to transition into the airline industry, where, in just two years, I evolved from an IT professional to an Airline Sales & Marketing Manager.
My career at Air China’s Bangladesh Office stands as a hallmark of achievement. I successfully brought the DAC-PEK (Dhaka–Beijing) route to breakeven in November 2024 and turned it profitable within just five months of its launch on July 10, 2024. With an impressive average load factor (DAC-PEK: 80%, PEK-DAC: 77%) and Dhaka’s point-of-sale contribution at 74%, we achieved exceptional results.
Leading a team of seven, I personally recruited and trained staff for Sales & Marketing, Reservations, Ticketing, Finance, and Accounting. Together, we planned flight schedules, introduced tariffs, handled inventory control, and executed pricing and revenue management strategies. This dynamic teamwork and strategic planning established this route as one of the best-performing ventures in a remarkably short time—another proud milestone in my aviation career.
Beyond Air China, my professional journey includes impactful roles at Nokia Mobile, Samsung Mobile, Malaysia Airlines, China Southern Airlines, and AirAsia. Aviation is not just a career for me—it’s my passion.
My expertise spans Airline Commercial Operations, Sales & Marketing, Pricing, Revenue Management, Project Management, and Relationship Building. I am proficient in global distribution systems (Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre, Travelsky) and data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel). With a unique blend of technical proficiency and strategic insight, I have consistently transformed underperforming airline sales into market leaders.
I am passionate about pricing, Revenue Management, Distribution, Sales Strategy Development, GSA Management, and Fleet Leasing, and I am always seeking new markets and opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
