Clarence Espinosa

I am a 14-year employee of the City of Los Angeles and the Coordinator of the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) First Source Hiring Program (FSHP). FSHP was created to assist local residents in finding employment with the companies doing business at LAX. I am also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and serve as the President of Kappa Delta Sigma Alumni Chapter in Los Angeles. We are committed to service to the community through charitable works.
