Whether it be achieving over $41M in sales volume, developing new business for existing companies, creating and launching new companies, serving as a Captain for a fire department that averages over 1,900 calls for service a year, or leveraging relationships to complete a 39,989 mile, 29 day, nationwide cancer awareness campaign, the common thread is my ability to create, foster, and sustain relationships.

I believe that people are the most important component of any organization. The best ideas will flounder without the right team. Mediocre ideas can be transformed into incredible successes with the right team. The ability to recruit, manage, lead, and retain the right people can make or break any company.
