Drew Stone is a curiosity-driven connector and collaborator who loves to lead by example.

With decades of experience bringing people together in workshops, hackathons, Meetups, art shows, and social events, Drew effortlessly brings out the best in individuals, and weaves their talents together to accomplish far more than each might do alone.

An eye for design and an ear copyediting join a creative and constructive mind that thinks quickly and critically to determine root causes of upstream frictions and the downstream needs of the customer.

This experience-honed awareness is a favorite trait of Drew’s, and he frequently delights at the opportunity to provide or receive meaningful, actionable feedback for the next iteration or project.

A frequent contributor to the local XR (Extended Reality) scene at hackathons, events, and 360 film jams, his passion for collaborative and engaging community dynamics are influenced by a Master of Communication in Communities and Networks from UW Seattle; with undergraduate degrees in Media and Communication; and Society, Ethics, and Human Behavior from the UW Bothell.

He organizes the Eastside Virtual Reality (ESVR) Meetup in Bellevue, on second Thursdays at Lincoln Square South.
