Born and raised in Connecticut, Drew Anthony Carrano is an accomplished singer, armed with precision, range, and skill. At his young age, his career is astounding, encompassing a wide variety of shows, television appearances, and events around the country. After receiving his B.F.A from the Mannes College of Music Jazz Division, Drew immediately went to work, carving out a niche for himself as one of the finest singers in the Tri-State area. With a countless number of performances at places like the Shubert Theater (Connecticut), the Blue Note (New York City), and the Intermezzo Night club (Foxwoods Resort and Casino), Drew Anthony Carrano has engaged audiences everywhere with his exceptional vocal quality and penchant for rhythm. He has shared the stage with the likes of Sheila Jordan, Benny Powell, Arnie Lawrence, and Chico Hamilton. On top of all that, he has recorded three live CDs, one of which features amazing blues pianist Junior Mance on its title song. Whether he’s fronting his own orchestra or singing solo, Drew’s stage presence is off-the-charts. It’s no wonder he found his way onto the screen, performing in shows on cable (CTV, NHTV) and national (TNT/FOX) television. In 2006, Drew caught the eye of Dick Feeny and Sandy Hackett, producers of the critically-acclaimed show, “The Rat Pack is Back.” He was cast immediately in the role of the debonair Dean Martin, going on to perform in various cities across the U.S. Based in Las Vegas, the show is packed with an intricate mix of songs and laughs, paying tribute to those days when Frank, Dean, Sammy, and Joey were all the rage.
