Drew has spent the past 10 years learning every facet of the secondary ticket industry. While starting Source 4 Tickets in 2001 with his father, Stuart Gainor, he led this technology lagging industry into cyberspace. Researching online directories and search engines day and night, he developed over 200 web sites optimized for all major sports, artists and broadway shows. This powerful, tightly integrated network of sites instantly rose to the top spots in all major categories. Source 4 Tickets went from a local NYC broker taking 5-10 orders per week to over 100 orders each day without stocking any inventory.

Source 4 Tickets prided themselves on being one of the most customer friendly brokers in the industry and thus creating a very loyal clientele base. This instant burst in sales required Drew to begin researching all different systems, workflows, processes and tools that would help most efficiently operate Source 4 Tickets. This research has continued through today providing the deepest level of expertise of the secondary ticket industry and technology.

Source 4 Tickets later merged with several industry leaders to form National Event Company, a leader in one of the largest ticket markets, New York City. During his years at National Event Company, he was heavily involved with online marketing, ticket acquisition and managing national events. Some national events included the Super Bowl, World Series and Final Four. This provided the necessary experience for his current project at Ticket Evolution to properly understand how ticket brokers manage large inventories, national events and relationships providing access to house seats at many New York City venues.

Drew is driven by solving difficult challenges and the lack of great technology in the industry. He is motivated by the many companies that have attempted to provide this technology, bring the broker community together as one, but have failed. He is constantly thinking of ways to improve every aspect of the secondary ticket industry and create the single most robust real-time environment the industry has ever seen. This will provide consumers around the world with the greatest shopping experience regardless of the channel they complete their transaction through.
