Drew Kairos is an author, speaker, entrepreneur and CEO of Alphadog Success LLC, a coaching and training company focused on helping entrepreneurs, organizations and individuals harness the maximum power of human performance, intelligence and potential.
Drew’s coaching includes a philosophical and scientific exploration of the power of thought, and provides a practical step-by-step framework for evolving into the next level of human potential and what Drew calls “Evolving.” Drew’s is a member of David Bayer's International Team of certified coaches and trainers, helping entrepreneurs and individuals achieve the highest levels of personal and professional performance.
When Drew is not busy helping others achieve their highest levels of performance in business and life, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittany, and their dogs, Kya, Lupin and Panda; taking long walks by Lake Bungee in Woodstock, CT where they live or adventuring in nature. He also enjoys reading and learning about human performance, personal development, neuroscience, and new bio-hacks.
He has always been seen as an "over-achiever" having graduated with 2 bachelors degrees, a Masters Degree, 2 Graduate Certificates and his Juris Doctorate in under 8 years!
He worked as a police officer before leaving to practice criminal defense and real estate law. It wasn't long before realizing that it wasn't what he was truly passionate about.
He has been an entrepreneur for over 10 years and has played critical roles in cumulatively growing 8 businesses to over $6,000,000 during the course of his career.
He has personally mentored and coached over 1,000 individuals and business owners in 12 different countries to change their mindsets and create more fulfilling and successful lives.
