Research Interests/Research Profile

I am currently researching several areas of Philosophy of Law and Metaethics. My interests in Metaethics pertain to the challenges that Expressivism & Particularism have posed to moral realism, specifically relating to their ability to satisfy our intuitions regarding moral conflict. My research into the philosophy of law is related to the ontological difficulties in justifying human rights. The underlying issue behind these problems is discerning an essential moral status of humanity in relation to any claim right.
