First and foremost I am a nerd. While this does not define me as a person, it is a important part of who I am. I am a Student at Viterbo University in La Crosse with aspirations to work in the tech industry. I was born in the Chicago area and raised there as well as rural Wisconsin. Technology has been a part of my life since I was young. At 12 years old, I first taught myself to program via the local library and a dial up internet connection.Starting with HTML, I quickly advanced to a structured modification of the BASIC language called "DarkBASIC". DarkBASIC is a language designed for the production of 2D and 2D isometric games.
I decided to take up programing in college and pursued that for almost three years. I love coding, I love logic puzzles, but after 2.5 years I realized that business and management side of technology is where I belong. I took a semester off and then transferred to Viterbo University in pursuit of my degree in Management Information Systems, which is a bachelors in Business Administration. I am currently set to graduate from Viterbo in 2014 at which point I will continue on in my Masters in Business Administration with a focus on technology. I really pride myself in taking projects from concept to reality. I have a passion for technology, the tech industry, and I love to better myself.
