Drew Wolff
Drew is a senior financial leader who has also held broad executive management roles. He is skilled at creating strong, collaborative partnerships inside large companies, and creating the management information and processes necessary to produce a customer centric retail organization.
He has held financial, strategic and management roles in the financial services industry for over twelve years. Most recently, he served as Chief of Staff and Head of Corporate Affairs and Strategy for Barclays UK retail bank. In that position, he was a member of the Executive Committee and was responsible for the retail bank's public relations, internal communications, and government relations. He also worked on projects in Europe and Africa providing advice on consumer product design, pricing, and small business banking. Before taking on the Chief of Staff role, he served as the chief financial officer responsible for Barclays retail bank's distribution channels and consumer loan/deposit portfolios. He joined Barclays in 2006 from the US bank, Washington Mutual where he held a similar finance position for several years. He also served as head of strategy for Washington Mutual's retail bank and a principal in the banks' corporate venture fund. He started his business career as Director of E-commerce Operations at an early stage start-up, GreaterGood.com, which continues to operate today.
Drew holds an MBA with distinction in finance from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in economics with distinction from the United States Naval Academy where he was first in his class in military ranking, Before embarking on his career in business, he was an officer on board several nuclear submarines.
He has been very active in community service as a member of the board of directors or the finance committee for organizations in the UK and US including Samaritans Purse UK, City Year, Islandwood, and Cross Pollinate London.
He resides on Bainbridge Island, Washington with his wife, Noelle Cooper, and their two sons.
