Farhan Ahmed

Farhan is a magazine columnist,medical student and an occasional blogger on health related and contemporary social issues with a strong passion for learning and becoming a proactive person. Being in the medical field (MBBS student),he uses his English writing skills,blogging experience and his own unique style of rendering the very detailed, specific, and often jargon-laden information produced by scientists into a form that the common man can understand and appreciate, while still communicating the information accurately. Farhan's key focus is health related articles to raise awareness,but he also have passion in writing articles on technology being a tech noob and contemporary issues on other branches of science like Quantum Physics,Theology,Social Sciences. Farhan's works are featured in National English Dailies and Weekly Scientific Magazines like Daily Observer and the Independent. Ahmed also learned a wide range of other skills like bulk data management,and tools to increase business efficiency. He knows Adobe After Effects CS6,Acrobat PDF Publishing,Form Management and has worked with large companises like Ispahani in Strategic Decision Making with his father as personal advisor at an early age.

His biggest achievement yet to date was WORLD HIGHEST SCORE IN ECONOMICS in 2011 O levels with a gold medal for academic excellence.Despite this,his enthusiasm for medicine led him to choose Medicine instead of Economics. Farhan was also a former debate champion,having won the 11th National Parliamentary Debate Competition acting as Deputy Opposition Leader on the topic - "Should polythene be banned" as defender.

Farhan is enlisted as one of the the brightest students in Hall of Fame of his high school Willes Little Flower which has a strong heritage as being the oldest English Medium School of the capital,established in 1957.

He teaches IGCSE and A level students sitting Pearson Edexcel examinations held by the British Council in his spare time after college hours.His students have applauded him for his dedication and dexterity as an enthusiastic learner and a great inspirer not just a teacher.
Currently,he is enrolled in MH Samorita Medical College,located at the heart of Dhaka in Tejgaon as a 3rd year MBBS student and dream is to be a good doctor with strong moral and the highest level of professional competency.

Farhan has also been acknwoledged as a "genius" from Professors to Lecturers and from his friends to his classmates. Prof Sahana,Head of Dept of Biochemistry remarked,"I have never seen such a student with so much potential in him. God bless him...:"

In his leisure times,he reads books and listen to intrumental music (epic genre) and search for spiritual enlightment by reading the Quran. With a happy heart and a curious mind,Farhan ventres out in this life to make a good impact on his Bengali people.
