I have performed many Cheek, Chin and Jaw Augmentations using fillers. I think you should consider two things as a prospective patient seeking Cheek Augmentation with Perlane Injections.

First and foremost should be the aesthetic understanding of the MD, you select. Do not make the mistake of assuming that every doctor, that injects Perlane or other fillers in the face, understands and follows the proper aesthetics of facial beauty for the creation of a naturally, more attractive face. Without understanding what the ideal female cheek shape should be, the Perlane Injections could easily be placed in the wrong place or in the incorrect amount making the face appear more masculine, not feminine.

Second, is the experience using facial shaping or in this case, cheek-shaping fillers. I prefer using Perlane Injections to shape the cheeks because it’s thick enough to allow the creation of full, round cheeks but still flows evenly filling in tissue indentations or folds within the tissues of the cheek.
