Dr. Guido is a member of the American Dental Association and the Indiana Dental Association. He has been the president of the I.U. School of Dentistry Alumni Association, as well as the West Central Dental Society. Dr. Guido is a member,past decon and past president of Our Saviour Lutheran Church, has been involved in many youth sports with his children and supports various other civic organizations. Dr. Guido has been practicing in Lafayette since he graduated in 1982.
