My passion is to inspire and educate ethical leaders who will inspire and educate more ethical leaders. Such a people powered cybersecurity strategy is the key to building an innovation culture in any organization. This is critical for cybersecurity and long term success of organizations.

I am doing this in the following ways:

1) I have developed a holistic Masters and Doctoral program in Business Information Technology and Cybersecurity which can be implemented by any university worldwide. 2) I teach cybersecurity leadership based on my 30 years of practical organizational leadership experience and my doctoral research. The key lessons are also in my book titled Cybersecurity Leadership which is available worldwide in ebook, paperback and audio formats.

3) I speak at conferences and actively engage with others to promote a better mutual understanding of the issues.

4) I write articles, blogs, and respond to media requests for interviews and opinions about current events and issues.

I am a perennial learner and I enjoy people who are trying to make a positive difference in the world. I believe we need to make education and healthcare accessible to everyone. These are two critical elements needed to allow anyone to make the positive contributions to society.

I love to travel and have been to all 50 states of the USA. I enjoy table tennis, music and comedy.
