I am a foreign Medical Doctor by training with a focus on Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), Anti-Aging Therapies and Supplements with over 10 years of experience. I’m also a great believer that technology can help improve our current healthcare as well as prevent and manage disease.

My goal is to prevent disease and extend life through the use of the right combination of therapies, lifestyles changes, and technology.

Over the years I have worked in the field of Preventive Medicine with a specific focus on natural and alternative therapies to help individuals in the process of aging better and managing disease. With the new changes happening to our healthcare system I see technology as a tool to aid in this process by giving individuals tools to support their goals.

With specific training in the field of Medical Bioinformatics and my previous clinical training I have assisted small to medium healthcare organizations in the transition to electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management (EPM) from the process of selection and implementation to training staff with the main goal on minimizing negatively physician workflow, staff workload, as well as patient satisfaction.
