Established as an Engineering, Technology and Innovations Solutions Consulting Company in 1991 she is involved in value-creating projects in the Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas sectors. Lonadek’s STEM and local content activities creates value through community, local supplier and human capital development in resource-rich emerging economies.

Ibilola is an alumnus of Manchester Business School, Bradford University and Queen Mary College, University of London. Has attended a short course at Harvard Business School and is a member of several boards such as the Energy Institute UK and a member of the panel of judges of the Royal academy of Engineering (UK) Africa Prize.
