He is the author, most recently, of ‘One Afternoon in South Bombay’ — a short-short story about desire, longing, and the lengths we are willing to go to in the pursuit of closure — for which he was short-listed for the Mogford Prize in Food & Drink Writing in 2022. Previously, his stories have been listed for the Times of India Write India contest and the Stories of the Nature of Cities Flash Fiction Prize. He also contributed to Dylan’s Great Poem (2015) — an international collaborative poem to commemorate the welsh poet and writer Dylan Thomas, organized by Literature Wales, the national organisation responsible for developing and promoting literature in Wales, made up of Yr Academi Gymreig / The Welsh Academy, the Society of Writers in Wales, and Tŷ Newydd Writers’ Centre.
