Dr. James Wilcox, Jr. is a native of Cocoa, Florida. He was also the Director of Student Success for National American University.

James Wilcox earned a Master of Science in Management degree from Strayer University, Washington, D.C., and a Master of Management in e-Marketing degree from National American University, Rapid City, South Dakota.

Dr. James Wilcox, Jr. also served as a Campus Dean at Strayer University, San Antonio for 3 years where he interviewed and hired all staff for the successful opening the $1.5M Strayer- San Antonio campus.

While serving at Strayer University as a Campus Dean, Dr. James Wilcox also annually evaluated faculty and academic staff performance.
