Dr. Jane Frederick
Dr. Jane Frederick has been serving Southern California for her entire career, spanning 20 years of experience in reproductive medicine. After earning both a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of California during the 1980s, Dr. Jane Frederick spent an additional six years at the university, completing an internship, residency, and fellowship. Dr. Jane Frederick also served as a Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 1990, Dr. Jane Frederick left USC to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the nearby University of California, Irvine’s School of Medicine. After earning board certification in 1991, Dr. Jane Frederick became an Assistant Professor in Residence at the school. During her six years in this position, Dr. Jane Frederick earned the department’s “Excellence in Teaching” award twice and became a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists. With her vast knowledge of reproductive medicine, Dr. Jane Frederick took over as Medical Director of the In-Vitro Fertilization Program at Saddleback Outpatient Surgery Center in 1996. While heading the program, Dr. Jane Frederick investigated the effect of smoking on reproductive processes, earning a research grant from the University of California, San Diego. Since 2000, Dr. Jane Frederick has served HRC Fertility as the Director of the In-Vitro Fertilization Program, primarily operating out of the Laguna Hills and Fullerton locations. Throughout her career, Dr. Jane Frederick has lectured on a various facets of reproductive medicine. Since 1980, Dr. Jane Frederick has presented across the country and in Canada at meetings for several professional medical organizations, such as the American Federation for Medical Research and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
