I’m a Behavioural Neuroscientist based at the Florey Institute of Neuroscience & Mental Health in Melbourne, Australia.

My lab aims to understand how the brain forms emotional memories across childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and later in life. Memory and emotion govern so much of how we feel, think, and act. They are also crucial to the development of mental disorders. Only when we identify the mechanisms involved in pathological learning, memory, and behavior, will we be able to design more effective treatment interventions. You can read my research with a click on the button above.

I am always looking for talented collaborators and impassioned students, and am available for public speaking on the subjects of memory, emotion, childhood/adolescent mental health, and the power of women in STEM.
