Jimmy Schwarzkopf

Dr. Schwarzkopf has worked over the last 35 years in varied areas of Computer Information Services.
Before founding STKI in 1992, Dr. Schwarzkopf served as IT Analyst and as Israel Research Manager at META Group and was eventually named a META Group Research Fellow. Earlier he served as a consultant with Arthur Andersen Consulting (USA), Booz Allen (USA) and Kesselman & Kesselman (IL), as a systems professional in SCS Computers and the R&D Unit of the Israel Defense Forces, as well as a sales and marketing professional in Digital Equipment Corporation.
As an entrepreneur Dr. Schwarzkopf has founded two companies in the IT arena, specifically addressing store and forward mail issues as well as an office information systems company. He has served on the Board of Directors of Ashot Ashkelon Industries.

As an academic researcher in Entrepreneurship Sciences he has published and presented in the Academy of Management and Babson Conferences and served on the Editorial Board of the academic journal International Journal of Opportunity, Growth and Value Creation. He is teaching at the TelAviv Yafo Academic College (Innovation in IT courses) and the Computer School of the IDF.
On the civil record of Dr. Schwarzkopf is service as President of the Gymnazia Herzelia Association, Co-founder of the Mashov Political Movement and membership in the Central Committee of the Labor Party. He is member of MENSA Israel.
His military service started at the elite patrol unit Sayeret Egoz and later in the military R&D (Mafat) unit. Jimmy holds the rank of Major (Hebrew: RAV-SEREN) in the Israel Defense Forces.
Jimmy Schwarzkopf holds a doctorate in Management and Entrepreneurship from Case Western Reserve University, a Master of Sciences (MSIA, specializing in Management Information Systems) from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as BSE and MSE degrees (Systems Engineering) from the University of Central Florida. Jimmy received (twice) the William Larimer Mellon Scholarship/Award.
