Possessing a broad base of training and experience in medicine, Dr. Joseph Mitchel treats patients in conjunction with Johnson Professional Associates of the Johnson Memorial Medical Center in Stafford Springs, Connecticut. A highly qualified professional, Dr. Joseph Mitchel began preparing for his career as a student at Villanova University, where he earned a bachelor of science in biology. Following this, he gained acceptance to Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences to receive a doctor of osteopathy. He continued his training with an internship at Warren General Hospital, followed by an internship with Hartford Hospital. Later, he completed residency work with the University of Connecticut.
