Dr. Rick Kirschner
Retired in Idaho, USA
I'm a bestselling author, speaker, trainer, coach, Oregon licensed Naturopathic Physician (N.D.) and filmmaker. During my long career I got to speak to the world's best known organizations about change, communication, persuasion, dealing with difficult people, and life balance.
As a faculty member with the Institute for Management Studies, thought leader with Athena Interactive and CanDoGo Learning Systems, adjunct professor of communication at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, and an invited expert on communication and conflict resolution in radio and television appearances, interviews, and articles, from CNBC to FOX, from the Wall Street Journal to USA Today, I had the good fortune of sharing my ideas, insights and strategies for making a positive difference with people all over the world.
My most recent books are How To Click With People: The Secret To Better Relationships in Business And In Life (Hyperion Books, 2011) and the third revised edition of my coauthored international bestseller, Dealing With People You Can't Stand (McGraw Hill, 2012). In 2016, I premiered my documentary, How Healthcare Became Sickcare: The True History Of Medicine, to an audience of several hundred people in Phoenix, Arizona. I served as President of the Naturopathic Medicine Institute from 2020-2021. http://naturopathicmedicineinstitute.org
