Dr. Katalina Ramirez

An experienced speaker, Dr. Katalina Ramírez has made presentations on a variety of subjects at conventions held by organizations such as American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Minnesota Dental Association, and Minnesota Association of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Katalina Ramírez also presented at the DDS Lecture Series held by UoM during her tenure as Assistant Professor at the University. Additionally, Dr. Katalina Ramírez has participated in community outreach activities and has coordinated dental health education programs for elementary schools.

Katalina Ramírez, DDS, MS, continued lecturing for professional organizations and universities after she moved to San Francisco to teach at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. She has delivered lectures on topics such as dental anesthesia, sedation, pulp therapy, and the development of children and adolescents at the School's DDS, IDS and AEGD Lecture Series. Additionally, Dr. Katalina Ramírez has published articles in the Journal of Dental Research and the Journal of the Academy of General Dentistry. She has also been honored with awards from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.

Today, Katalina Ramírez, DDS, MS, focuses on providing the best dental care for pediatric patients. Aware of the sensitivities in children, especially when seeing a dentist for the first time, Dr. Ramírez manages patient behavior in a caring environment that features the use of televisions and individual headphones to engage children. Dr. Katalina Ramírez’s practice is located at the Marina Park Center in Redwood Shores, California.
