Dr. Kenneth Ordene
Known for his extraordinary accomplishments in the realm of endocrine research, Dr. Kenneth Ordene has nearly three decades of experience treating diabetes and metabolic syndrome. As a Member of Endocrinology Associates of Central NJ, P.A., Dr. Kenneth Ordene actively engages his local community to live healthier through community awareness, innovative treatment options, and preventative care. Leveraging his life experiences with a top-notch education, Dr. Kenneth Ordene provides comprehensive medical care to the tri-state area. Receiving his undergraduate degree in Biology from Lafayette College empowered Dr. Kenneth Ordene to attend medical school at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Dr. Kenneth Ordene graduated with a Doctorate of Medicine and relocated to New York to intern at Albany Medical Center, where he later held a residency. Dr. Kenneth Ordene specialized in Endocrinology, completing a fellowship program at Montefiore Medical Center, studying diabetes and metabolic disorders. Dr. Kenneth Ordene is licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey and has Board Certification in Endocrinology and Metabolism and Internal Medicine. After finishing his residency, Dr. Kenneth Ordene joined the faculty of the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) as an Assistant Professor of Endocrinology. Spending the next 10 years molding the minds of future doctors, Dr. Kenneth Ordene left the academic community and began working with Endocrinology Associates of Central NJ, P.A. as Medical Director at Novo Nordisk Diabetes Center at CentraState's Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus. Dr. Kenneth Ordene simultaneously oversaw CentraState Healthcare System’s Medical Center’s Endocrinology Division as Chair. He and his staff, in conjunction with Endocrinology Associates of Central NJ, P.A., provide diabetes and metabolic syndrome management and support. Dr. Kenneth Ordene has several journal articles published in the academic community, including the Academy of Science’s PNAS. Aside from work, Dr. Kenneth Ordene spends time with his family, plays tennis, and reads intriguing novels by Dan Brown.
