Dr. Kristy Bhend has now opened her private practice, YOU and EYE Family Eye Care at 2650 S. Broadway, Rochester, MN 55904. At You and Eye Family Eye Care we will have great eye exams with Dr. Bhend, as well as a large variety of frames to choose from. Styles range from drill mounted Silhouettes to the strong, yet flexible Titanium Ovvo frames, Costa Optical and Sunglasses and kids and sport glasses too! As an optometrist having graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry with her Masters in Vision Science, in addition to her Optometry degree, she has a strong base of education in the standard research-based and medical models of optometry. However, her experience with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition uniquely allows her to treat patients with a preventative wellness, nutritional twist as well. Dr. Bhend also enjoys utilizing the latest technology in her office. Patients often comment after their exam that they feel they've received the most thorough exam they've ever had!

You and Eye is a family business. Dr. Bhend's husband, James, is her right hand man. He commonly says that he does everything that Dr. Bhend doesn't in the office. The Kiddoes-Brie, Carter and Jackson come in with dad occasionally too! As a family, we are all excited and committed to providing you and your family with a great quality eye care experience.
