Dr K.V. Ratnam

A graduate of National University of Singapore, Dr K.V. Ratnam boasts over 30 years of experience in the fields of dermatology and aesthetics. After completing his National Service, he completed his internal medicine training and was awarded the MRCP (U.K) from London. He later bagged a government scholarship to study Allergy and Immunology at the prestigious Stanford University. After completing his master’s degree, he took up his training in allergy at the world-famous Karolinska Hospital in Sweden.In 1990, he added another feather to his cap, when he was sent on another government scholarship to Mayo Clinic (USA) to pursue his fellowship for one and a half years.

Outside of his clinical practice, Dr Ratnam has applied his expertise in education and research. He has taught NUS post-graduates in dermatology and immunology. He has also published extensively in prestigious journals and won accolades for his research work.
