Dr. Deana LaBrosse, O.D. received her doctorate of optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. There she received special recognition for her work in contact lenses and low vision.
Dr. LaBrosse has served as the Public Health Trustee for the Illinois Optometric Association and as an examiner for the National Board of Optometry. Dr. LaBrosse was named "Young Optometrist of the Year" by the Illinois Optometric Association in 2008.
Her clinical experience is varied, and includes pediatrics, medical and surgical eye care, and low vision care for the visually impaired. In addition to private practice, Dr. LaBrosse currently provides mobile vision care services to developmentally and physically disabled patients in the greater Chicago metropolitan area.
Dr. LaBrosse is a proud participant in the InfantSEE program and volunteers her time for the Special Olympics Opening Eyes program.
