Lagin J Lathis is the Co-CEO of JLF Groups, a diversified business conglomerate with interests in import-export, real estate, medical services, education, and finance. A visionary leader, Lagin combines his entrepreneurial expertise with a strong foundation in healthcare management, currently pursuing his master’s in hospital administration.

As a Medical Administrator at Manipal Hospital, Lagin conducts innovative audits to improve operational efficiency and enhance revenue generation. His research focuses on optimizing healthcare systems, including the development of unified Hospital Response Systems (HRS) to manage conflicts and standardize emergency protocols in teaching hospitals.

Lagin’s academic credentials include a specialization in Business Strategy from the University of Virginia and dual undergraduate degrees, Bachelor of Business Administration from IEC University and an MD from Washington University in St. Louis. He also has international clinical exposure from Kern Medical Center, California, and Aster DM Healthcare.

Under his leadership at JLF Groups, the company is set to establish a pyrolysis plant in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, promoting sustainable business practices. Lagin is also deeply involved in social initiatives through the Sunflower People Educational and Development Trust, driving education and development in Tamil Nadu’s delta region.
