I am an Indian Classical dancer, choreographer, researcher and a teacher. I am also India's first Fulbright Fellowship holder in the field of Bharatanatyam and have been graded as one of India's TOP Grade artiste by the national broadcast channel - Doordarshan.

I am also a Senior Research Fellow at the Ministry of Culture. At present I teach in my 23 year old institute, Sri Mudhraalaya and at the University of Madras, India.
