Dr.Lauren Sanchez

Dr. Lauren Sanchez, ND graduated cum laude with a BA in psychology and a minor in biology from the University of The Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. Knowing her passion was to help people with illness through diet and lifestyle she attended Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. In medical school she focused her studies on treating individuals with disease from a natural approach that facilitates healing by respecting the mind, body and spiritual connection. Dr. Sanchez also specializes in helping individuals reach optimal wellness with a plant-based lifestyle.
