Dr. Lisa Berzins, a clinical psychologist, specializes in treatment for eating disorders, body image issues, difficulties with emotion regulation, addictions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. She works with a diverse range of clients, including couples, families, adolescents and adults. With her wide range of skills, Dr. Lisa Berzins tailors treatment to each individual’s unique needs in order to address body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Berzins believes we often become self-critical and battle against emotions like anger, loneliness, fear and/or shame when life fails to meet expectations or we experience painful situations.

Drawing from her own life experiences, Dr. Berzins implements interventions that have assisted her, as well as others, conquer obstacles and challenges.
