Dr. Lisa Tait

Dr. Lisa M. Tait was admitted to Howard University in Washington, D.C. at the age of sixteen. Immediately upon receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she furthered her education at the American University in Washington, D.C. where she obtained her Master of Arts degree in General Psychology. Shortly after beginning work on her Ph.D. degree in Personality Psychology at Howard University, she received the “call to ministry” and has consequently completed the Master of Divinity and the Doctor of Ministry degrees at the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Lisa, as she is best known, has worked untiringly in the fields of education, counseling, ministry, and social service. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Atlanta Center for Healing (www.atlhealing.org), and Public Relations Manager and Therapist with Mental Health Georgia (www.mentalhealthgeorgia.com). She also serves as CEO of Women of Destiny Ministries (www.womenofdestiny.org). She is also a columnist with Gospel Today Magazine and Gospel Tribune Atlanta. She has served as a relationship expert on Praise 102.5FM (Radio One, Atlanta) with Rhodell Lewis on Relationship Thursday, Corey Condrey on Relationship Wednesday (Syndication One), Morgan Dukes with the Sheridan Gospel Network, Lorraine Jacques White on PowerTalk WAOK (CBS Radio, Atlanta), and Joyce Littel’s Love and Relationship show on V-103 (CBS Radio, Atlanta).
