Magdi is an international Trainer, Executive Coach, and Personal Development Expert. He is also an Excellence Assessor and an Educational Quality Assessor.

With more than 11 years’ experience in the corporate world in various industries, Magdi, a holder of a HRMP from the Human Resources Certification Institute, a Diploma in Excellence Assessment from EFQM, a bachelor degree in Education and Arts, English Department and a Certified Trainer from Chicago Institute of Business, helps organisations to achieve their goals through their people using custom coaching and training programmes.

In 2004, Magdi has started his way in corporate training, has he was chosen to be in the Elite team of Trainers at ALFAC Academy in Riyadh, KSA. Ever since has been delivering training to national and international companies.

In 2007, Magdi founded Lighthouse Training which lasted for 8 years, in which he trained over 10,000 individuals, delivered more than 8000 hours of direct training.

In October 2010, Magdi has become a member of Dr Ibrahim El Fiky’s team especially in delivering management programs.

On the other hand, in the field of HR operations, Magdi has more than 9 years of HR management operation experience with around 1500 hours of HR Consultancy experience in the fields of Logistics, construction, retail, textile and orthodontics.

In 2011, Magdi and his team of Trainers had started a nationwide initiative which was called “For the sake of Egypt” in which individuals were trained free of charge on how to describe the Egyptian Revolution in English.
