Dr. Marcy Street

Since founding her dermatology practice in East Lansing, Michigan, in 1994, Dr. Marcy Street has emerged as one of the region's leading dermatologists. Dr. Street maintains membership in several professional medical societies and has spoken extensively on dermatology and related subjects before medical and academic groups. Dr. Marcy Street also finds time to give back through charitable initiatives, such as providing free skin cancer screenings to uninsured patients.

As Medical Director of Doctor's Approach Dermatology and Laser Center, Dr. Marcy Street oversees clinic operations and three staff physicians. Also a dermatologist and surgeon at the clinic, Dr. Street focuses on providing treatment for skin cancer, including the Mohs procedure, a surgical method that utilizes microscopy to precisely remove cancerous growths while leaving healthy tissues intact. Dr. Street and her staff also provide a range of medical spa and laser procedures, such as microdermabrasions, facial filler and injectable treatments, and custom peels. The clinic's physicians and support team use products and techniques pioneered by leading cosmetics companies, including Latisse, Juvéderm, and Thermage.

During her nearly three decades of resident training and professional practice, Dr. Marcy Street has achieved Diplomate certification with the American Board of Dermatology, Inc., and membership status with the American Medical Women's Association, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and several other groups. Throughout her career, Dr. Street has dedicated much of her time to charitable efforts. In addition to offering free skin cancer screenings at her practice, she has also participated in fundraising efforts for medical school scholarships and donates to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
