Dr. Mehenou Satu Amouzou

Mehenou Satu Amouzou, PhD, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MSA, Inc., Investment and Trade Management. Since 1997, he has utilized his expert knowledge of strategic planning and profit and loss management to lead MSA, Inc. to success. He also holds treasury oversight responsibilities pertaining to capital management, risk management, cash management, and other various accounting functions. Dr. Mehenou Satu Amouzou provides financial consultations that have led MSA, Inc., to become the leading financial performer in terms of operating income, working capital, and internal growth and has led negotiations to integrate British acquisitions that provided $157 million of revenue.
Prior to his current role, Mehenou Satu Amouzou, PhD, served in various other leadership positions for firms such as Delta Holdings, a property management company, and Capital Time Finance, for which he served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Treasury. During his employment with Capital Time Finance, he provided expert management of the treasury system, employed strategic methodology for all treasury-related matters, and managed banking relationships while ensuring compliance with the Patriot Act. He also managed international banking partnerships for credit and cash management and coordinated with the US Department of Treasury and the IRS in providing direction, training, systems enhancements, and audits of compliance. Dr. Amouzou identified strategies that maximized working capital usage and provided the development necessary to achieve the overall objective.
Mehenou Satu Amouzou received his Doctor of Philosophy in Finance from La Jolla University in San Diego, California. He received his Master of Business Administration from the European Institute of Management in Paris, France, and holds a Certificate in Finance and Investment. Dr. Amouzou speaks French, English, Ewe, and Fon and was raised and educated in France.
