Michael Schlitt

Michael Schlitt is a neurosurgeon based in the Seattle area. It all started over 40 years ago, when a teenage Michael Schlitt first had dreams of becoming a doctor. He has worked at the University of Alabama as an Instructor of Neurosurgery, an Associate Professor in Neurosurgery at the University of South Alabama and is currently a neurosurgeon at Valley Medical Center in Renton, Washington.

At the heart of what he does, Dr. Schlitt believes that every patient deserves the best treatment he can offer. He is genuinely concerned about the health and welfare of each individual patient, and strives to educate patients on all their medical options so that they and their families can make informed decisions. As the healthcare system undergoes changes for years to come, Dr. Schlitt believes the doctor-patient relationship is key to navigating complicated health decisions that patients face. He will seek to preserve patient and physician rights in the healthcare evolution.
