Dr Michael Coady

A highly regarded thoracic and cardiovascular surgeon, Dr. Michael Coady is chief of cardiac surgery at Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Connecticut. In addition to treating patients with a range of conditions affecting the heart, blood vessels, and lungs, Dr. Michael Coady is a widely published author who currently serves as a reviewer for several peer-reviewed professional journals, including the Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery and the Annals of Thoracic Surgery. He has also been serving as president of the Fairfield and Westchester American Heart Association board and as a member of the editorial board for the medical journal Aorta.

A graduate of the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Michael Coady has been invited to share his expertise and experiences at numerous national and international professional meetings. Dr. Coady has presented on topics such as aortic aneurysms and dissections at the annual meetings of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, the New England Surgical Society, and the American College of Surgeons.
