Dr. Michael Seskin

As head of a private clinical psychology practice in Del Mar, California, Dr. Michael Seskin provides a wide range of dynamic treatment options for patients throughout the greater San Diego area. With 30-plus years of experience, Dr. Seskin commands fluency in various methods of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other types of evidence-based treatment modalities, helping patients of all ages manage anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorders, and more. Offering comprehensive testing, evaluative, and counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults, Dr. Michael Seskin builds personalized treatment plans for each of his patients. A member of the American and California Psychological Associations, Dr. Michael Seskin is also working toward certification in psychopharmacology. He holds a Ph.D. in psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego.
