Mike Rabie
An avid supporter of charitable and philanthropic organizations, Mike Rabie frequently contributes to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, Locks of Love, Ronald McDonald House Charities, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and Shriners Hospitals for Children, among numerous others. Currently, Rabie serves as Chief Executive Officer of Association Health Care Management, a medical benefits company based out of Houston, Texas, where he has worked since 1990. Additionally, Mike Rabie acts as Chairman of the Board for Westchase Holding Corp.
After attending Stephen F. Austin State University and earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mike Rabie enrolled in Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, where he eventually completed his Doctor of Management. During his time at Colorado Technical University, he authored a number of informative papers regarding business strategy and human resources utilization. Such papers include “On the Priority of Training,” which outlines viable resources and approaches for engaging employees via training in a way that optimizes their workplace performance.
