I am currently taking care of Business Excellence function taking care of WFM, Training, Quality, PEX, MIs and CSAT @ GeBBS Healthcare Solutions. Prior to joining GeBBS, I was serving Wipro as Global Quality Leader, some previous assignments were in VFS Global (largest Visa facilitation company) as Senior Vice President – Quality & Transformation, and at leadership roles at WNS Global Services & GTL Limited.
I am a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Black Belt, Certified on COPC, ISO 9001, 14001, holds a Master's Degree in Total Quality & Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Currently he is also a research scholar in Entrepreneurship & Organizational Success.
On the advisory council of World Quality Congress, Advisory Board of Guranga Infotech Pvt Ltd , One of the Panel of Assessor for few National and International award secretariats.
