Experienced call center professional able to provide on-site or remote technical support, general customer service, quality assurance, and management support.

During the pandemic, I was laid off from my retail job so I took the opportunity to get certified as an IT support professional and to build my own call center with a new computer headsets, VOIP/Landline connection). I also leveraged my 8 years experience of working as a freelance copywriter to network with established companies to build a new career.

My goal, at this point, is to use the skills and experience I learned during that chaotic time to help other job seekers and businesses navigate this new world of tech-driven work using empathy, user-friendly communication, and creative use of technology
