Dr. Precious Ugochukwu Abraham, popularly known as Dr. P.U.G. Abraham, is a highly respected figure in both the medical and ministerial worlds. A native of Delta State, Nigeria, Dr. Abraham’s journey is a rare blend of military excellence, intellectual brilliance, and spiritual depth.
He served as a Surgeon Commodore in the Nigerian Navy, where he was appointed Commander of the Naval Reference Hospital, Calabar. His service in the field of neurosurgery and military medicine is marked by integrity, leadership, and compassion.
After an illustrious military career, Dr. Abraham transitioned fully into ministry. He became a senior pastor and administrator with the Church of God Mission International, one of Nigeria’s most influential Pentecostal institutions. There, he mentored leaders, discipled youths, and led strategic reforms.
Compelled by a divine vision to "aid life to fulfillment," he went on to establish:
- Africa Revival Mandate (ARM) – for continental revival and ministerial equipping.
- Reformation Awakening World (RAW) – restoring biblical truth and mobilizing reformers.
- Revival Bible and Leadership Institute International (RBALII) – training apostolic leaders for the 21st century.
Through these platforms, Dr. Abraham has traveled to over 60 nations, ministering in conferences, camps, seminars, and summits. His teachings cut across denominations, cultures, and generations—marked by apostolic clarity, prophetic insight, and transformational power.
