I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor accredited through College of Naturopaths of Ontario. I completed my naturopathic education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to this, I completed a B.Sc. in Biological Sciences at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

My passion for natural health is fuelled by my own personal health journey with naturopathic medicine. I strive to provide safe and effective primary health care to patients of all ages for a variety of health concerns. I work with individuals to help them reclaim their energy, optimize digestion, normalize hormones and find balance in a healthy lifestyle. As a Naturopathic Doctor, I aim to determine the underlying cause of illness and provide individualized care that is customized to you and your lifestyle. My goal is to help you better understand your current state of health so that you can make informed decisions about the care you receive and gain solutions that will help you live a healthy, purpose-filled life.

I maintain a general practice with a special interest in digestive health, women's health, hormonal imbalances, and pain management. I offer a variety of services including clinical nutrition, professional grade supplements, botanical medicine, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, lifestyle counselling and comprehensive lab testing.
