Dr. Paul Murray is an ordained minister and Bishop serving his congregation and leading churches around the world for more than twenty years. He holds his credentials with One Way Churches International (OWCI). As Bishop, Dr. Paul Murray serves on the College of Bishops and the Executive Board of OWCI.

Dr. Paul Murray was previously affiliated with the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ (ALJC) where he served as a member of the General Board and led several departments within the international level. In addition, Dr. Paul Murray served for six years by election of his peers as District Superintendent of the New York/Mid-Atlantic region which oversaw the ministers and churches in Maryland, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, Delaware, New Jersey and New York.

As a servant leader, Dr. Paul Murray has mentored ministers and overseen the launching of new ministers and ministries. This includes the establishment six new churches under his own ministry. These churches have been established internationally in Nairobi, Kenya, Oslo, Norway and domestically in Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire.

Dr. Paul Murray has a strong academic portfolio. He was awarded a Doctoral Degree of Ministry in Pastoral Leadership and Management from Howard University’s School of Divinity. In addition, Dr. Paul Murray completed his academic pursuits at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary where he was awarded a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling and a Master of Art in Religion. Dr. Paul Murray’s undergraduate degree was awarded from the University of Phoenix where he received a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Services so he could fulfill his ministerial works within hospice care.
