Dr. Pradeep Atluri

Dr. Pradeep Atluri is a New York-based psychiatrist who holds over a decade of experience caring for patients. From 2004 to 2008, Dr. Pradeep Atluri completed both an internship and residency in psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital.

While with the hospital, he made several presentations focused on multicultural psychiatry, as well as on the potential for smartphones to diagnose and help treat a person’s mental illness. Following this, he established a private practice, where he offered patients psychodynamic psychiatry.

With the practice, which he led for close to a decade, Dr. Atluri specialized in treating several mental illnesses, including personality disorders and mood and anxiety disorders. He holds a medical degree from Harvard Medical School and a PhD in neurobiology, also from Harvard, both of which he earned in 2000.

In addition, he is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Society for Neuroscience. Outside of psychiatry, he enjoys following cryptocurrency, especially Bitcoin and Monero, alongside reading science fiction.
