Dr. Quinn is a native of Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in Rochester, NY where she is a National Research Service Award Postodctoral Fellow at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Her research agenda focuses on the health and well-being of court-involved youth. Since arriving in Rochester in March of 2014, she has learned her way around by taking long walks in her neighborhood and visiting the Public Market and the Eastman Community Music School.
