After earning his DDS, he was awarded a three-year Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Greenspan went on to obtain appointments as an Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at the University of North Carolina and a Clinical Professor of Orthodontics at San Francisco's Art Dugoni School of Dentistry.
