Dr. Roy Blackburn

Dr. Roy Blackburn became a member of Pain Society of Oregon in January 2006 and is as associated with the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons.

Roy Blackburn has the Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine which he earned in September 1991 and the Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Roy Blackburn also provided his services at OREGON TLC, Eugene, OR as the President and Staff member for almost 7 years from January 2007- December 2013.

Dr. Roy Manell Blackburn is the Fellow of the Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupational Rehabilitation, July 1997, and the fellow of the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians, March 1998.

Dr. Roy Blackburn helped Mena Medical Rehabilitation Center remain economically viable without sacrificing the quality of care by streamlining the admission process, presenting standing orders, and regulating procedures and protocols to further provide efficient quality health care.

Roy Blackburn is board eligible in Internal Medicine (Board Certified in Internal Medicine, 1991) and he is certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Re-certified, 2005).
