The president and owner of New Dimensions Dentistry and Orthodontics, PC, Dr. Sam Pollina offers a full range of general dentistry services, including fillings, exams, extractions, and root canals. In addition to his work at his dental practice, Dr. Pollina owns Annapolis Snoring & Sleep Apnea Center and Western PA Dental Sleep Medicine. Sam Pollina, DMD, and his team fabricate oral appliances that help resolve common snoring and obstructive sleep apnea issues.

Dr. Samuel Pollina’s experience extends to once serving on the staff at Shadyside Hospital’s Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Pittsburgh from 1986 to 1992. While there he worked within the institution’s Medical Records Review Department keeping third party record reviews of claims related to dental injuries at work and motor vehicle accidents that involved dental trauma.

Dr. Samuel Pollina’s range of responsibilities extended to treating and diagnosing patients at The Heritage Shadyside Nursing Home. He took house calls with immoble patients for denture fabrications and dental emergencies, and made the rounds at Shadyside Hospital with an oncology team evaluating cancer patients’ oral conditions. Dr. Sam Pollina additionally served as a Shadyside Hospital staff member from 2012 to 2015 and provided oncology consultations that focused on dentition.
